Note: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure that:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The item is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return.


🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons or due to their nature, such as:

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, beauty products)
  • Undergarments or innerwear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model (where available), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly process an exchange after verifying product condition and stock availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Applicable taxes (if any)

Refunds will not include:

🚚 6. Return Shipping Instructions

  • For USA customers, we will provide a return address and instructions via email once your return request is approved.
  • For international customers, you may need to ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Please retain your shipping receipt or tracking number as proof of return.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.


🕒 7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
