💸 Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- 🥡 Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- 🧴 Personal care and hygiene products
- 🔥 Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- 💳 Gift cards
- 💻 Downloadable software products
- 🧑⚕️ Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
❗ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
🔁 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- 📚 Books with obvious signs of use
- 💿 Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- 🛠️ Damaged items or missing parts not due to our error
- 📅 Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
💵 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
🕰️ Late or Missing Refunds

- 💳 Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to post).
- 🏦 Contact your bank for processing time.

🏷️ Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at ankur@techmahadev.com and send your item to:

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped to the giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
📦 For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
