Shipping & Delivery Policy

Tech Mahadev, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, sells digital products only, including Excel templates, eBooks, guides and professional resources, through techmahadev.com.

Because every product is delivered electronically, no physical item is shipped to your address. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital delivery works and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

• Products are delivered as secure download links, not as physical copies, CDs or printed material.
• Links are shown on the order confirmation page, sent to the email address you enter at checkout, and saved in the Downloads section of your account.
• Some larger products or bundles may be delivered as a compressed .zip file that you'll need to unzip after downloading.
• We do not send files through WhatsApp, social media or third-party file-sharing sites, unless we're helping you with a delivery problem.

Delivery is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

• To protect our products from unauthorised sharing, download links may have a limited number of downloads and/or an expiry period. Any limits are shown in your order email or account.
• Download links are personal to you and must not be shared with others.
• If your link has expired or you've reached the download limit, contact us with your order ID and we'll help you, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
• We may record download activity, such as date, time and IP address, to prevent misuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please check the product page for the exact file format and software needed before you buy. Common formats include:

A stable internet connection is needed to download files. Download speed depends on your internet provider and device.

• Our digital products are available to customers worldwide, with the same instant delivery.
• Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control.
• You are responsible for any local digital taxes that may apply in your country.
• Products are in English unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Didn't receive your download? Before contacting us, please check the following:

• Spam, junk or Promotions folder: our emails sometimes land there. Search for "Tech Mahadev".
• Payment status: make sure the payment was completed and not cancelled or pending.
• Email address: confirm you entered the correct email at checkout.
• Your account: log in and check My Account → Downloads.

If you still can't find your files, email us with your order ID, the email used at checkout and, if possible, a screenshot of your payment. We'll make sure you receive your products, usually within 24 hours.

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, your download email may go to the wrong inbox. Contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and payment details. After verifying the order, we'll update your email and resend your download links. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect email address entered by you, but we'll always do our best to help.

• You can re-download purchased products from your account, within any download limits that apply.
• If we release an improved version of a product, we may make it available to existing customers at our discretion, free or at a special price.
• If a product is discontinued, we'll try to keep it available in your account, but we recommend saving a backup copy of every file you buy.

If we are unable to deliver a product you've paid for, or the file is corrupted and we can't provide a working copy, you'll be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund Policy. Because digital products can't be returned, refunds are not available once a product has been successfully delivered and downloaded, except as stated in that policy.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date and will not affect orders placed before the change.
