Welcome to Tech Mahadev. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of techmahadev.com (the "Website") and your purchase of any digital product from us. Tech Mahadev is based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our products.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you check out or create an Account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your Account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your Account or give others access to your purchased downloads.
• We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or fraud is involved.

• We try to describe every Product accurately, with screenshots, previews and file details. Small differences in appearance may occur depending on your device, software or settings.
• Software requirements: many Products need specific software, such as Microsoft Excel (a recent version), Google Sheets, a PDF reader or an eBook reader. Please check the requirements on the product page before buying.
• Some features, such as macros or advanced formulas, may not work in every version or alternative program.
• We may update, improve or discontinue Products at any time. Updates to Products you've already bought may be offered at our discretion.

• Prices are shown on each product page in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Applicable taxes, such as GST for customers in India, are added or included as shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any local taxes or bank charges that may apply.
• Prices, discounts and offers can change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.
• If a Product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
• Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

How an order works

• An order is accepted only when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal and any other gateway shown at checkout. By paying, you also agree to their terms. We never store your full card details.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
• We may run fraud checks and may cancel or hold orders that look suspicious. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

• All Products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically.
• Download links are shown after checkout, sent to your email address and saved in your Account.
• Download links may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry period for security. If a link stops working, contact us and we'll help.
• Please download your files soon after purchase and keep a backup copy. We are not responsible for files lost on your device.
• If you don't receive your download within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us. We'll resolve it quickly.

When you buy a Product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use it. You are buying the right to use the Product, not the ownership of the Product itself.

If you need a team, multi-user or commercial resale license, please contact us before buying. Breaking these license terms may lead to your license being cancelled without refund, and we may take legal action to protect our work.

All content on the Website and in our Products, including text, templates, formulas, designs, graphics, logos, images, eBooks and the Tech Mahadev name, is owned by or licensed to Tech Mahadev and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell or exploit any part of the Website or Products except as allowed by the License in Section 08, without our prior written permission.

Because digital Products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", all sales are generally final once a Product has been downloaded. However, we want you to be happy, so we will fix the problem or refund you in the cases below. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, and the time taken to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. Most issues are solved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your Account and download access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We may share order and download records with the payment provider to respond to a dispute.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or use the Website for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Try to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers or other users' accounts.
• Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy content or download Products in bulk.
• Post spam, fake reviews, or abusive, defamatory or offensive content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

We welcome honest reviews. When you post a review, rating, comment or feedback, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to post it. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce and use that content on the Website and in our marketing, with your display name.

We may moderate, edit for length or remove content that is false, unlawful, offensive, spam or unrelated to the Product. We do not pay for or create fake reviews.

• Products and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or meet every specific need.
• Our templates, eBooks and guides are for general information and productivity purposes. They are not professional legal, financial, tax, medical or engineering advice.
• Quality and manufacturing formats are general templates. You are responsible for adapting them to your own processes, customer requirements and applicable standards, and for checking all results before relying on them.
• We do not guarantee any specific results, such as savings, income, certification or audit outcomes, from using our Products.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tech Mahadev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or Products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Mahadev harmless from any claims, losses, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

The Website uses third-party services, such as payment gateways, hosting and email providers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Products may be designed for third-party software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, which are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, your Account or your License, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse Products, commit fraud or harm other users. On termination, your right to use the Website and any affected Products ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

You can close your Account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Products or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date. Changes won't apply to orders placed before the update. By continuing to use the Website after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power outages, failures of hosting or payment providers, cyber-attacks, government actions or pandemics.
